White Tea

A summer treat - white tea brewed with cold water makes a refreshing drink to quench a thirst on a hot day. The flavor is subtle but it leaves a cool effect on your tongue. White tea is also a specialty product of Ningbo.

I asked for it one winter and it was not surprising to be told that it is only available in summer.
